Marquee is a weather app for iPhone and iPad
Email [email protected] and you'll get a reply from a person. Tell us what iPhone you have and what happened, and a screenshot if you have one.
The screen says it needs your location
Marquee asks for your location the first time you open it, and uses it only to get the forecast where you are. If you said no, you can change it in the Settings app on your iPhone: Privacy & Security → Location Services → Marquee → While Using the App.
The numbers look wrong for where I am
Marquee rounds your location to about a kilometre before it asks for a forecast, so the numbers are for your area rather than your exact address. Forecasts come from Apple Weather. If they look wrong, compare them with Apple's own Weather app for the same place.
Setting the times the day is measured against
The three times along the bottom of the main screen — out the door, leaving work, evening — are yours to set. Tap one to change it. Marquee measures the swing against those times.
Widgets aren't updating
Widgets show the last forecast Marquee fetched. Open the app once to refresh it. iOS also decides how often widgets may update, so they can lag behind the app by a little.
The morning note
Switch it on in Settings → Notifications and pick a time. If nothing arrives, check that notifications are allowed for Marquee in the iPhone's Settings app.
Marquee Pro
Marquee Pro is a monthly subscription that adds the rest of the themes, ten days ahead and every setting. To manage or cancel it: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Restoring a purchase on a new device: open Marquee, go to Settings → Marquee Pro, and tap Restore.
Apple handles refunds, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your data
Everything Marquee keeps is on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no account and no server holding anything.
