Marquee uses Apple's standard terms. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the same agreement that covers most apps on the App Store. This page adds the details of the Marquee Pro subscription.

Marquee Pro

• Marquee Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. The price is shown in the app, in your own currency, before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• It renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current month. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the month ends.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After you cancel, Marquee Pro keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for.
• Apple handles refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Forecasts

Forecasts come from Apple Weather. They are predictions, and the weather does not always follow them. For anything that affects your safety, follow the official warnings from your local weather service.

How Marquee handles your data is covered in the Privacy Policy. The short version: it stays on your iPhone.

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
